Genesis Outreach

Brent and Shana began there walk with God in 2003 under the anointed ministry of Bro. Carl Shurte at Living Way Apostolic Church and was both filled with the Holy Ghost. While there they was busy working for the kingdom of God either directing or assisting various departments including Media, Kids, Choir, Outreach, and 5 fold ministry. Brent was called to preach in 2008 and is a licensed minister for the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ and has a passion for souls and revival. God called them both to Anchor Tabernacle in 2011 where they have been for 4 years and is now leading the Genesis Ministry.

Genesis Ministry is all about reaching souls.

The purpose of the Genesis ministry is to REACH. REACH first up to God, REACH out to our community, and REACH in to encourage each other and welcome new guests in the body of Christ.

As Christians it is OUR responsibility to evangelize to the lost, edify the believer, elevate the family and engage the community.

While doing this we are creating a community of Christians that are encouraged and equipped to pursue intimacy with God, influence with outsiders, while engaging others in our church ministries.

We are involved in many areas reaching our community including prison ministry, nursing home ministry, home repair for the needy, food bank, and much more.
